Come join our team of customer service-oriented agents. This is a central point of entry for customers seeking assistance, information/status updates and resolution. The right candidate will be able to combine existing knowledge with the ability to learn and develop new skills. Must be able to answer inbound customer calls, email, and chat inquiries in a timely and productive manner while supporting client regulations. Must be able to maintain a strong relationship and communication between EMS and client on account procedures and managing priorities.
